Welcome to ISTAT AirLink's website. This website links NGO needs and airline air transportation donations where needs and transportation donations are a match with regards to:

Origination and Destination

Timing

Volume

Passenger vs. Freight

For Airline Donors:

Airline transportation donors are able to view the needs of AirLink member NGOs on the website. They can respond by making an offer to transport freight or passengers. Alternatively, any airline transportation donor may offer capacity they have available to be reviewed by NGOs. Airlines wishing for compensation for flight service are free to set a price. The matched NGO will be free to accept or decline such pricing.



For NGO Needs:

Enter your air transportation needs into the website for AirLink member airlines to review. Or, alternatively, review general air transportation donations submitted by airlines to see if an existing donation matches your needs. The NGO will generally be responsible for getting a shipment or passengers to the airport and for all associated documentation. Upon arrival, the NGO will also be responsible for immigration requirements, customs clearance and receiving the shipment. NGOs are encouraged to request, and airlines to offer, non-emergency (developmental) flights as well as emergency flights. This will take best advantage of periodic excess capacity among member airlines. In addition, developmental flights will foster measured growth for AirLink over the long term.
